All-State Career School in Baltimore Launches Professional Office Assistant Program

BALTIMORE, MD – (September 1, 2020) -- Trouble shooters. Problem solvers. Multi-taskers. Gatekeepers. Today’s skilled clerical and office professionals wear many hats, and, according to Baltimore’s All-State Career School Campus, are often the unsung heroes of the business workforce. The school has announced the launch of its Professional Office Assistant program. First class start is scheduled for October 5, 2020.

“Today’s workforce relies on skilled clerical and office assistants -- even remotely, during challenging times like these,” said Campus President Bernie Marth. “These valued team members are expected to keep office operations running smoothly and those who exceed expectations are often seen as indispensable. We look forward to providing Baltimore students with this versatile career opportunity.”

The Professional Office Assistant program at All-State Career School in Baltimore will prepare students to contribute to a professional work setting by offering instruction focused on essential skills and duties, including customer service, team management, and more. Graduates of the program will acquire the skills necessary to work as receptionists, customer service representatives, office assistants or personal assistants in a wide range of industries including medical, legal, corporate, retail, insurance, manufacturing and more.
