Starting a quality Commercial Driver License Training (CDL) program can be costly. All-State Career has the experience, equipment, instructors and marketing know-how to partner with your college to provide quality training for your students with virtually no investment required (no equipment costs, no labor costs, no program start-up costs, no insurance costs, etc.). Using All-State's turn-key approach allows your organization to start a viable new program without the typical start-up costs and risks. The revenue-sharing programs we develop for your organization can include:
- Class A (Tractor-Trailer) CDL Program (Monthly starts of 25-30 students per month)
- Class B (Straight Truck) CDL Program (Monthly Starts of 10-15 students per month)
- Industrial Direct-to-Industry Training Partnerships ($20,000+ per month revenue)
Partnership Benefits
Our turnkey, revenue-sharing programs (typically 80/20 vendor/college split) are beneficial to our partners in several ways:
- First, they allow our partners to offer an additional new course in a high-demand occupation with no start-up cost. If the course is already being offered in-house at the college, perhaps it would be less costly and offer better economics to the college through outsourcing the program to All-State. In this case, All-State would consider purchasing existing equipment and employing current instructors if appropriate.
- Second, they generate a new stream of revenue while limiting the start-up risk. Typically, a new program would entail significant start-up costs, such as equipment purchases, additional staff, program development and other costs, all of which are avoided in a turnkey partnership with All-State. The college provides a training site, while All-State brings a proven curriculum, equipment, staff and, most importantly, the marketing know-how to develop a vibrant program with significant student enrollment and program revenue. For the college, it's a program that is hard to pass up: There is no start-up expense, no operating expense to run the program, and the college gets a guaranteed 20% share of the revenue.
- Third, these programs allow the college to offer training to local transportation companies and provide employment opportunities for local residents, providing an additional high-profile opportunity for the College to enhance its image in the local business and consumer community.
